Full Job Description
Morrissey Motors Kilkenny are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our busy showroom.
We prioritise excellent customer service which starts with the receptionist as our front-of-house and first port of call for customers. The ideal candidate will be friendly and outgoing with a strong customer focus.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer care skills.
- A professional, courteous manner.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Be able to work on your own initiative and under pressure.
- Highly motivated and a team player.
- Attention to detail
- To be patient and organised, be able to deal with a multitude of tasks, and can prioritise these tasks.
Responsibilities:
- General management of the reception area including greeting customers, answering queries, ordering office supplies, diverting incoming calls.
- Booking in customers for servicing and keeping track of all queries.
- Receipts and cashbook maintenance.
- Posting to our social media sites.
- General administration tasks.
