Human Resources Business Partner / People Services Team Manager. We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team in Ireland. The role will operate as a critical business support to the Finance & IT functions along with having responsibility for managing the People Services function within the HR function. This is a key support team for all areas of operation of the HR team facilitating the delivery of efficient and effective employee services throughout the employee life cycle. Our people are our culture and as a strategic Business Partner you will take a leadership role in driving a values based culture whilst partnering with the Finance and IT teams to support them in delivering on their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs. Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partners, you will work collaboratively across HR supporting Managers in building high performing teams, coaching Managers and delivering HR solutions to the business. This role is a member of the wider HRBP team with a clear purpose to be strategic business partners supporting the development of a culture where people can flourish in order to enable our people and the Organisation to perform to the highest potential to deliver the strategy successfully. Key Responsibilities. Provide HR support to the business, working closely with employees and managers in HR programme delivery, policy interpretation and other HR-related topics. Work with business leaders to develop HR solutions that support the delivery of the business strategy. Assess organisational and individual learning & capability needs and, working with Talent Management, source solutions to support team development. Business partner with key stakeholders to understand resourcing demands to ensure we have the right talent to deliver the goals of GI. Work as part of the broader HRBP team to ensure alignment with HR strategy. Utilise Employee Engagement Data to develop specific plans to positively impact employee engagement drivers. Execute compensation planning in line with the overall compensation strategy. Develop partnership relationships with union representatives and support managers in the delivery of the IR agenda. Work to support Managers in executing best practice HR policies and procedures. Work with Employee Communications to drive HR internal communications agenda. Manage the People Services team to ensure accuracy and consistency of service to the business in line with agreed service level commitments. Key Requirements: Deep & extensive understanding of HR. 7+ years working in a fast paced environment and/or significant & proven relevant experience in HR in a people facing role. Experience of supporting a Finance / IT function would be a distinct advantage and experience using both SAP and Success Factors systems will also be beneficial.
