Working with our client, a  Co. Kilkenny based company. Hartley People Recruitment are looking to fill the position of Supply Chain Analyst . The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position. The Role: Purchase Orders: Supply Chain raise all purchase orders to suppliers based around sales forecast/history. Checking orders and assist in the organising of shipping/delivery and export paperwork from our suppliers. Raise PO’s and 3PL invoices. Follow up with suppliers for deliveries and monitor their performance ratings. Assist the Supply Chain Manager in all stock related matters.  Data analysis and report generation. The Person:        Relevant experience within a similar role. Excellent computer skills and ability to use various IT packages and systems. Retain flexibility to assist/carry out duties in other roles as required. Good organisational and communication skills. Attention to detail. Demonstrate an analytical aptitude and the ability to work under pressure to deliver what is required on time is vital. Purchasing Experience and Inventory knowledge – desirable.
