We are currently recruiting experienced Human Resources Manager for a 4* Hotel in Kilkenny. This is a part time / 3-days per week position with a brief of the role to provide leadership and support in Human Resources to ensure the implementation of the HR strategy to achieve the Hotel’s overall business goals. Flexible working week options available. The HR Manager leads the employment life cycle in the hotel and ensures compliance in all areas of employment legislation and employee welfare. The HR Manager prioritises colleague experience in our hotel and is the influencer and driver in engagement with the team.
