Hartley People are seeking an Office Manager for well established Kilkenny based client.  The Role: Maintaining the historical financial records of the company on relevant accounting software from source documents to include debtor’s ledger creditors ledger, bank accounts and reconciliations, full nominal ledger. Operate and manage RSA certification procedures and ensure efficient and timely testing. Liaise with RSA and related Government bodies to ensure companycompliance with licence requirements. Scheduling of appointments and management of customer rota. Management of customer payments and debtors’ reconciliations to include effective credit control in line with company policy. Implementing procedures to effect monitoring of cashflow together with timely recording of supplier invoices, scheduling of payment and maintain an accurate and up to date creditors ledger. VAT and PREM compliance. Payroll control and payments.
