Working in partnership with our client, a Kilkenny based company. Hartley People Recruitment are looking to fill the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist – In House. The Role: Working on a range of senior and professional roles. Own and be responsible for the recruitment process. Create strategic plans for sourcing candidates. Work effectively to attract candidates for future hiring needs. Work with the HR team on internal skills development plans  Manage the in-house recruitment software. The Person: 3+ years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment. Third Level Education – Desirable. A proven track record of success. Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
