An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client based in Kilkenny for a  Product Manager . This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading progressive organisation. The Role Supporting the sales channel in delivering their value add targets for the company. Play a leading role in executing the product strategy. Driving products through the commercialisation process. Work closely with the category lead, sales, business development managers and insights team to build and prioritise a pipeline of commercial projects that are value adding to the portfolio. Play a leading role in writing the Plant Nutrition product strategy and annual plan, in line with the overall Ingredients category goals. Work closely with the marketing team to build the go-to-market story, linking our USP’s to customer /market needs. Support the sales managers where required in the market to secure value adding commercial opportunities. Provide input into pricing required for new products. The Person Prior experience in product management or commercial roles in the Plant Nutrition/Grains sector, with evidence that they are results driven, self-motivated and resourceful. Project management experience. Commercial understanding of new product development in similar industries. Previous experience in data-management and information sharing via a CRM platform. Excellent commercial, negotiation and presentation skills.
