Administrator. Public Sector. Kilkenny. I am currently recruiting an Administrator, on behalf of a Public Sector client, to work in Kilkenny. Excellent opportunity for a candidate who would like to progress in their career while involved in meaningful work. Responsibilities. Provide administrative support services on various projects. Identify and implement process improvements in relation to data collection and control. Assist in the preparing reports. Problem-solving for data-related issues. Build and maintain strong business relationships. Liaise with colleagues to enhance and develop new processes for data management. Coordination and distribution of information throughout the team. Other relevant ad-hoc duties as required. Requirements. Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative/project coordinator role. Third level qualification in Business or similar relevant area. Working knowledge of GDPR. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and stakeholder management. Customer-focused with a positive attitude and professional manner. Collaborative and supportive team player. Flexible and adaptable to changing environments. Highly organised with excellent time management skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively. Analytical with good attention-to-detail. Solution oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. High proficiency in MS Office and experience with various systems.
