Our client, is looking for an NPD Food specialist. This role could be based in Co Kilkenny or Co Tipperary. You will be joining a well established company which has been in operation for 40 years, delivering high quality and innovative processed products, and exports to many companies and continents. You will have a Food Science qualification, coupled with 3 years NPD experience gained within the FMCG sector. You will be passionate about food and innovation. You will have worked in a food production facility in a team coming up with innovative ideas, tastes, flavours, colours, packaging and new ingredients. You will have excellent organisational and project leadership skills. You will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, influence and lead teams.
