Training Co Ordinator - Kilkenny
In partnership with our client, a Kilkenny based company. We are looking to fill the position of Training Co Ordinator. This is a 9 month contract role. The Role: Collaborate with key stakeholders across Operations, HR, H&S and Quality to maintain and deliver a comprehensive training. Work with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to develop and implement training solutions. Co-ordinate all training activity throughout classroom, third party and “on the job training” (OJT. Responsible for all training recording, administration and documentation. The Person: Qualification in training or HR desirable. Experience and understanding of training system. Fully proficient in IT systems including MS Office suite. Command and ability to work across all levels and departments within the organisation.
