Our client currently has an immediate 6-month contract (may be extended to permanent) available for an experienced office administrator to join their busy team. You will be part of a team-based environment supporting other business functions. Some of your daily duties will include Data entry, dealing with logistics paperwork, uploading invoices, ordering stationery, reception cover, Order Processing and General office support/admin. Candidate. Your previous experience will be office/administration based. You will have excellent communication skills; you will be comfortable dealing with queries over the phone and by email and can build relationships with clients and customers. Experience. 1-2 years previous office admin experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong IT/Admin skills e.g. Emails, Word Typing etc. Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.30pm.
