In partnership with our client, a Co Kilkenny based company. We are looking to fill the position of HR Director , The ideal candidate will have held a similar role for 5+ years. The Role:   Accountable for all activities of the human resources department. Provides overall leadership and guidance to HR functions. Define and guide company culture through the implementation of policies and programs  Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans. Developing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefit strategies. The Person:   Degree/Masters in HR Management. 5+ years experience at Director level. Global HR experience.
