Our client is looking to take on a Sales, Service and Administration Assistant to join their team for a full time permanent position. The role: Co-ordinate a busy engineering service department liaising with different departments. Liaise with suppliers to ensure that stock arrives on time and that delivery dates are recorded on the system. Deal with sales enquiries over the phone and through email. Create new customers and carry out credit checks. Maintain and build relationships with customers and key accounts. Deal with ad hoc requests from management.   The candidate: Must have 1 years’ experience in a similar role. Must have a forklift license.  Must have strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be comfortable working independently. Must be able to multi task and have proven experience of working in a fast paced environment. Must be flexible and be able to work alongside the existing sales and service team.
