Customer Service/Operations Clerk - Co. Kilkenny
Our client, a logistics company based in Co. Kilkenny are currently looking for a Customer Service Clerk experienced in European road freight import groupage services. This is a full-time, permanent position with negotiable salary depending on experience. Main duties: Liaise with Clients to meet all requirements. Liaise with sub-contractors regarding all collections/ loadings / deliveries. Entering of manifest and costings associated with each container. Creating, updating & processing bookings. Transport arrangement. Skills Required: 2+ years of experience in a similar role. Working knowledge of groupage import services and documents. Strong knowledge of customs clearance.
