Our client are looking to recruit a Store Manager for a permanent role based in Kilkenny. The Role. ·         Day to day management of the retail outlet. ·         Drive sales. ·         Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. ·         Ensure that an excellent service is provided to customers at all times. ·         Analyse Floor Trading reports. ·         Cash management. ·         Lead and develop the team within the store to deliver store objectives and sales targets. ·         Recruit, develop, motivate and retain sales assistants. ·         Ensure all team members are trained in customer service & product knowledge. ·         Responsible for stock control.  The Person. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Professional looking to join a thriving local company with exciting development plans in the Agri industry. ·         Minimum of 3 years Managerial experience in a fast paced environment. ·         Ability to achieve a high level of turnover whilst working with a hands on approach. ·         Be able to coach and develop staff working in a team environment. ·         Profit and Loss accountability. ·         Excellent organisational skills and the proven ability to sell. ·         Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. ·         Hardworking, dedicated, creative, & self-motivated with the ability to identify opportunities and convert into actual sales. ·         Strong KPI Retail experience.
