Hartley People are looking to recruit a Senior General Manager for well-established Irish owned company based in the South East. The Role: Managing the day-to-day operations of the business including finance, sales, business development production, logistics, distribution and customer service. Taking a hands-on approach to managing manufacturing operations including logistics and supply chain. Managing and analysing accounting and financial data. Evaluating and improving operations and financial performance, including pro-active management of the monthly P&L. Building relationships with key customers and suppliers. Leading the team to deliver KPIs. Managing all staff within the business, ensuing that they execute their duties to the highest possible standard. This is a ‘hands on’ General Management role, with responsibility for all aspects of running a successful SME. The ideal candidate: Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management role. Must have a strong knowledge of different business functions. Must have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Must have a strong commercial acumen. Must have excellent communication and organisational skills.
