An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client based in Kilkenny for a Quality Controller on a full time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading company. The Role Quality inspections at all Quality Control Points within our process flow. Making decisions and taking actions based on the outcome of these inspections. Completion of Inspection Reports for Suppliers and Customers as required. Interacting with Supplier and Customer Technical and Quality Control representatives as required. Compiling Grading Instructions for Production where necessary. Overseeing Quality Management requirements through the Production function. Performing Shelf Life Analysis. Maintaining HACCP Registers. Performing In-house audits in line with QMS and HACCP requirements. The Person Excellent written and verbal communications. Previous Experience in a Quality Control or Technical function in the fresh produce sector is essential.
