Analyse, solve and respond to issues raised  Provide a professional and courteous service to customers. Study trends in incoming cases in search of hot issues  Liaise with suppliers. Role Requirements:    Third Level   IT qualification. 1+ years relevant experience  Self motivated  Be able to work on own initiative    I recruit for all  Sales ,  Training ,  IT  and  Graduate  roles.
