Noel Group Healthcare are recruiting for Healthcare Assistants to join our flexible & dynamic team in the Kilkenny and Carlow area. We provide staff to our clients on a relief basis, this means you have the flexibility to select when you are available for work whether it is full or part time - this is a great way to obtain a supplementary income, gain experience in other healthcare settings & uncover great new opportunities in your career as a Healthcare Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in working as part of their local community, be passionate about achieving high standards of care in the Elderly Services Sector, they will be flexible & ideally have their own transport. With industry leading rates of pay from 12.98 per hour plus night shift, Sundays& Public Holiday premiums, average shifts ranging from 8 to 11 hours per day this is a great opportunity for the right candidates. To apply for this role you have must have fully completed your QQI Level 5 Major Award in a Healthcare Discipline, you will also have the following training certificates completed within the last 2 years; Manual Handling. Hand Hygiene for Clinical Staff or Infection Prevention & Control. CPR & AED Training. Safe Guarding Vulnerable Adults or Prevention of Elder Abuse. We also recommend you undertake a course of Hepatitis B Vaccines, this can be provided by your local GP's Practice. Completion of Garda Vetting is also a requirement for successful candidates recruited for this role, this is processed through our Waterford Office.
