Job title: Person in Charge / Director of Nursing. Location: Co. Kilkenny. Type of job: full time, permanent. Sector: Healthcare - Care of the Elderly. Reporting to: Group Area Manager. Be part of a large group, which offers support in all aspects of the job. You will be responsible for the overall management of the nursing home, while respecting and following standards and ethos of the company. You will be a Clinical Leader to all staff ensuring high standard of resident centred care. Planning, development and management will be your daily duties. To qualify for this fantastic role, you must have a Third level degree in Nursing , Management qualificatio n and be actively registered with NMBI. You will also have a minimum of 3 years experience in working with older people within the last six years of your career. Ideally you will also have good people management experience.
