Our client, a leading FMCG company is looking for a Maintenance Team Lead to join their growing team. This company has had a significant amount of investment and has exciting development plans coming down the line. The Role involves: Leading and Managing a cross trained teams. Managing PM Schedules. Electrical/Mechanical troubleshooting. Project Management. Reporting on maintenance issues and running PM reports and systems analysis. Develop and manage technicians as needed. Work on capital and Continuous improvement projects. Ensuring all duties are carried out with full awareness of cGMP and Safe Working Practices.   The ideal person will: Be trade qualified as a Mechanical Fitter/Electrician. Will have previous experience of managing a team. Experience in the electro-mechanical background. Will have Multi Vac experience. Will have high speed production experience.
