Our client, one of the South East’s leading competitors in the hospitality industry have a fantastic opportunity for an ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT to join their expanding team.                                          Job Description: Income Audit for hotel. Completion of daily bank reconciliation. Cash handling of all departments. Reconciliation of vouchers / pre-paid cards / deposits. Liaise with other departments and answer revenue queries  Daily reporting of revenue figures and preparation of statistical figures. Balance sheet reconciliations. Assisting with monthly management accounts. Providing support to Financial Controller as required. Any other ad hoc duties.   The Candidate will have: 2+ years’ experience in similar role – hotel experience essential. Self-motivated, ability to work on own initiative. Good communication skills. Ability to work under pressure to daily/weekly/monthly deadlines. Flexible, positive attitude. Good attention to detail. Good knowledge of Excel.
