Role Summary: The Quality Systems Administrator will be responsible for the administration activities of BC Manufacturing Quality systems including monitoring and reporting of the Quality System. Reporting to: Quality Manager. Location: Freshford, Co Kilkenny. Responsibilities: To achieve the daily standards set out by the BRC global standard for food safety. Support the implementation, coordination and administration of BRC 8 Global Food Safety Quality management system. To be actively involved and to ensure that all necessary quality KPI’s are maintained. Administrator for BCME Global Quality Management System - document management. Assist project teams in planning, preparation, review and approval of quality documentation. Complete and route change requests for process document creation, maintenance, and implementation. Assist with or co-lead audits of documentation, facilities and equipment. Run Quality metrics and report accordingly. Perform trend analysis. Support Site Quality training program as appropriate. Product sampling and routine quality checks. Qualifications. Job Requirements: Third level qualification in a related discipline and or 2 to 3 years relevant experience in industry. Knowledge of Quality systems and GFSI requirements. Preferable to have Quality factory experience in food and beverage industry. Strong IT capability. Ability to work independently. Highly motiviated.
