Hartley People are currently recruiting for Qualified or an Experienced Part Qualified Accountant for a full time role. This is a permanent role based in Kilkenny.   Duties. Production of monthly management accounts and quarterly sales reports to strict deadlines. Production of draft year-end accounts to be prepared for accountant. Responsible for production of the annual budgets and financial forecasting’s. Cash flow planning and management. Responsible for all payroll & VAT matters. Recording of all income and expenditure. Responsible for sales ledger and credit control. Responsible for purchase ledger and supplier payments. Bank transaction input and bank reconciliation. Petty cash posting and reconciliation. Overview and manage accounting software. Management of general HR admin duties such as employee holidays bonus payment processing etc.     Requirements: Professional accounting qualification (or part qualified and working towards. Experienced user of Sage Accounts and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication skills.
