Financial Planning Manager. Our client an established growing life assurance and pensions provider based in the South East require an experienced Financial Planning Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Managing Director, the purpose of this role will be to build long term relationships with customers and increase sales of financial products. Responsibilities will include:- To develop new relationships with new customers and to grow the relationship with existing customers. Ability to identify customers financial services needs with both new and existing clients. Provide ongoing professional advice and consultation with respect to client’s needs. Make recommendations and provide solutions to client’s requirements. Working closely with the Office Administration team in the preparation and organisation of all administrative requirements for customers. Skills & Experience Required: QFA qualified is essential. Strong Knowledge of Financial Services Market Products. Minimum 4 years’ experience in a financial sales position. Ensure CPD records are fully up to date. Driving ambition to achieve goals. Ability to work as part of a team and be a good Team Player. Strong communication and organisational skills a must. Punctuality is key. Computer literate – good knowledge of Microsoft office.
