Trainee Customer Service / Financial Advisor - Retail Banking / Financial Services. Waterford City, Co. Waterford. €Excellent DOE Plus Performance Bonus. Our client is a financial services provider that specialises in providing mortgages and investments in Waterford. They are now looking for a Trainee Customer Service / Financial Advisor to join their friendly team. You’ll receive in-depth training in financial transactions, cash balancing, company products, customer service, regulatory procedures and sales referrals to ensure you have all the tools you need to succeed. What’s more, for the right candidate, there will be the potential to progress into a Financial Advisor role in the future and achieve QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) qualifications, making this the ideal role in which to enhance your future prospects. As a Trainee Customer Service / Financial Advisor, you will deliver an outstanding level of service to customers using our client’s retail banking solutions. Your day-to-day duties will involve: - Responding to queries about financial products. - Processing customers’ cash and banking transactions. - Helping to resolve customers’ account issues. - Opening new accounts. - Referring customers to the Qualified Financial Advisors for more information. To be considered, you will need: - At least two years’ experience in a sales or customer service role. - A good level of IT literacy. - A qualification in a business-related discipline. - The willingness to learn and take industry exams to gain further qualifications. Friendly and helpful, as a Trainee Customer Service / Financial Advisor, you’ll have great interpersonal and communication skills.
