Hartley People are currently recruiting for a part time Administrator for a contract role based in Kilkenny.  Responsibilities Implement agreed administrative procedures. Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support. Maintain day-to-day financial records. Maintain an appointments system as required. Maintain client records and statistics in a confidential manner. Establish and maintain an information library. Respond to enquiries for information by telephone and in person. Assist in the promotion and profiling of related programmes and services. Assist as appropriate, in promotional/networking activities eg preparing presentations, exhibitions and other appropriate service referral links. Support policy, planning initiatives and monitoring through the provision of relevant research support and data analysis. Any other duties relevant to the effective running of the service.   Requirements Previous reception and administration experience is essential. Must be available for an immediate start. Excellent communication skills.
