MATRIX RECRUITMENT GROUP are currently working with an International Manufacturing company based in Co. Waterford, who are actively looking for an FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS MANAGER. Purpose/Function of the role: Produce the Management Accounts and provide supporting analysis, Provide monthly sales forecasts. Provide financial support for decision making to other departments. Assist in annual budgets, year-end close and audits. Assist in the provision of summary and detailed Budget information to managers. Selected AP/AR function. Responsibilities: Meet company financial reporting requirements. Produce accurate and timely management and financial accounts with supporting analysis. Produce full year forecasts for the business as required. Support the business with financial information as required. Manage Accounts Payable for overhead suppliers and Accounts Receivable for customers. Ensure the SAP financial system reflects the accurate financial position of the company. Build Relationships/Manage People. Work with all other departments and provide the necessary financial information for the company to make the best informed decisions for its benefit. Develop relationships with people external to the factory in other site locations or with professional advisors or vendors etc. Strategy/Innovation. Proactive in partnering with other departments to promote business process change across the business. Assist management team in identifying opportunities in the business. Innovate with new systems to streamline as many workflows as possible. Customers/Partners. Maintain an excellent working relationship with all departments at all times. Work closely with customers and vendors on accounts payments etc. To be accessible and communicate with staff at all levels in the business. Support the business through active involvement on cross department teams and partner operational personnel etc on decision making. Education required. Professional Qualification from a recognised accountancy body. Experience required: Minimum 5 years plus post qualification experience.
