Hartley People are looking to recruit a  Sales Manager  for an exciting opportunity with a Kilkenny based FMCG company.                               The role:                               Manage a team of high performing sales people. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs. Budget and forecast annual growth  Nurture relationships with existing key accounts. Create and implement sales budgets   Work with the marketing department and represent the company at events.          The Person   3+ Years experience in a similar role. Proven track record to achieve sales targets is essential. Strong decision making skills. Veterinary experience – Highly desirable. Pharma experience – Highly desirable.
