As a Business Development Manager, you will be tasked with creating and applying effective sales strategies which drive sustainable growth through boosting renewable energy product sales. Your primary activities will be involved with solar PV, LED lights, wind turbines and biomass boilers. Acting as the face of the business, you will work in a B2B capacity and contribute to long-term company growth. You’ll be seeking new business opportunities through customer identification and opportunity conversion, and growing revenue and market share. Specifically, your role will involve: - Working to achieve agreed sales targets. - Participating in the development of business plans. - Developing new product and services. - Developing new markets and customers. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation. - Promoting the company and services offered. - Planning territory management to maximise coverage of the region. - Proactively ensuring performance targets are met. - Sharing your knowledge and imparting your skills to other team members. - Assisting in any other duties which may encompass the role.
