Work on continuous improvement projects to increase and maintain levels of customer satisfaction, retention & loyalty while also maximising staff satisfaction. Add to a company culture where employees can excel via empowerment and encouragement. Resource management in order to meet KPI’s and service level agreements. Participate in the review, design, development and implementation of SOP’s and systems. Regular reporting 7 presentation on KPI’s and customer satisfaction metrics. Escalation management regarding product, development and technical services ensuring traction and subsequent of customer complaints. Take ownership of cases where appropriate & follow through until a resolution is found. Awareness of Case/issue priority, product problem fixes and release management. Responsible for the upkeep of customer details and documentation. Attend regular customer meetings & follow up on customer expectations. Requirements: 3rd level qualification in Business, IT or related discipline. Strong customer Focus. Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills. 5+ years in technical support, preferably of a software product, and ideally an in-depth knowledge of CoreHR product functionality. 1+ customer support management experience in a B2B technology company. Strong negotiation and conflict management skills. Demonstrated experience influencing people across functional boundaries. Ability to work effectively in high pressure situations.
