Hartley People are looking to recruit a Desktop Support Analyst for an exciting opportunity with a South East based company. The role: To provide help and technical support to all staff. Monitors and Maintains work and repair requests. Roll-out of new applications, hardware and operating Systems. Continued process improvement. Completion of assigned projects. Undertake additional miscellaneous duties as required. Requirements: 3rd Level qualification in an IT related discipline. Previous experience in a similar role. Experience or knowledge of Contingency & Security Planning backup/restore procedures.
