Administration Support - Temporary
Our client currently has an immediate requirement for a temporary receptionist / admininstration support to cover a busy period. This role should last up to 2 week. Main duties to include: To provide administration support to the business. Reception cover and data entry. To maintain and update spreadsheets and database records for relevant projects. To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required by the Company. The person will have: Suitable relevant experience working in an office administration position. Excellent organisational and time management skills, and the capacity to multitask. Must be able to operate with the least amount of direct supervision, self-organise, schedule, and prioritise workload and manage simultaneous activities.
