Accounts Assistant - Contract - Part Time

Description

Hartley People are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for a Part Time role. This is a Maternity Leave Contract based in Waterford. Responsibilities: Accounts Payable - posting invoices, reconciling supplier accounts and processing monthly payment runs. Accounts Receivable - posting invoices, updating payments on customer accounts. Bank Reconciliation - reconcile the bank account on a monthly basis. Payroll - process payroll weekly and monthly. Revenue Returns - Compile and File VAT and P30 returns. Any other ad hoc duties as requested by Director. Requirements: Accounting Technician Qualification and/or relevant experience. Previous experience in a standalone accounts role.
