Hartley People are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator for a role based in Waterford. This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a busy company on a part-time basis. Responsibilities All office administration duties including: Reception duties. Dealing with customer queries. Typing letters and documentation. Preparing and processing invoices. Bank reconciliations. Payroll. Adhoc duties as required. Requirements At least 5 years’ experience in an administrator/accounts role. Experience with SAGE is essential for this role. Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills.
