Supporting the Head of Quality and Quality Assurance Team Lead, the Senior Quality Assurance Officer will ensure the development, implementation and maintenance of the quality standards and systems. The role: Support the Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Assurance Team Lead with the quality assurance function. To ensure that all work carried out in the company is in compliance with the required standards. Review batch packs for QA/ QP release. Review batch related documentation as required. Internal audits. Assist with review of all documentation in support of license applications and customer requirements. Responsible for non compliance reporting, CAPA and Continuous Improvement implementation. Operation of company SAP (ERP System) Quality function as per procedures. To identify and make recommendations for improvements as part of a team. To assist in the preparation for customer/regulatory inspections. Attend a number of cross functional team meetings as a Quality Assurance representative. Compile and deliver quality based training with the company. Implement safety requirements as per site documentation including SOPs, Safety Statement and COPs. Report any hazards. The Person: Min. 6 years pharma experience in Quality Assurance or similar pharma role. Experience in Lead quality investigations. Previous experience in external auditing of vendors. Full working knowledge of Pharmaceutical Quality Management sytems. Significant experience with desktop and internet-based software applications (e.g. electronic document management system, MRP system. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
